 Forget
launching your water toys every morning and reloading them onto the trailers
every evening just because you have no place to keep them. Your playthings
(up to fifty feet long and with a maximum fifteen foot beam) will be safe
and within your view in your own private boat slip for a nominal charge.
The walkway on the slip is thirty two feet long. The slip itself is forty
five feet long, fifteen feet wide and measures about three feet deep near
the seawall and over six feet deep at the canal end. The bottom is soft
sand with scattered shell on the top surface. Tidal lift and fall average
less than one foot. The slip offers 240 volt power, 120 volt power and
water hookups. Swimming and fishing in our canal is great. Pinfish, sheep’s
head, snapper and who knows what else can be caught right off the end of
your own private slip while tasty blue-point crabs can be caught right
out your back door. |
